Within hours of being harvested by hand, the olives are delivered to our facilities, sized, and begin curing. Once finished, they are thoroughly cleaned and then undergo strict quality assurance inspection for defects, overseen by experienced food engineers. For our stuffed product lines, we pride ourselves and workers on manually stuffing each and every olive. Only after ensuring the products meet our standards are they packed and shipped to customers.
The manufacturing facility creates customized orders for clients throughout the Middle East and North Africa. On a monthly basis, the factory receives many different requests for custom products from our clients.
